We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated Business Development Officers to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities across estates, hospitality, corporate, commercial, and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.

  • Understand client needs and tailor City Eye’s solutions to meet them.

  • Collaborate closely with our Operations Lead and Client Support for seamless client onboarding.

  • Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Continuously build knowledge of the security technology market and City Eye’s unique offerings.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or similar roles (Security, IT, or Tech sectors preferred).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.

  • Ability to build strong client relationships.

  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

Compensation:

  • Salary + attractive commissions per closed contract.

  • Commissions will be structured fairly to reward your performance (details discussed during interview).
